BOSS ecosystems is the first institutionalized support system for business owners operating within the Nigerian informal economy sector.

‎ This is not a Government initiative. The platform is structured to enable business owners to grow individually, by supporting each other using the “CAVE theory in Business via the principles of S-A-R-P”.

‎CAVE means CONTINUOUSLY ACTIVATING VALUE EXCHANGE while S-A-R-P means the four activities of Support, Advertise, Refer and Purchase. A member must participate in ALL activities to score required points that will qualify them in our Enterprise Reward System (ERS).

‎The cash benefit shall be a Grant (known as Enterprise Boost) instead of an interest-accruing refundable loan at exorbitant rates being offered by banks.
‎
‎In addition, there are several benefits (like subsidized airport drops, affordable meals and hotel accommodations , as well as member-specific benefits) that tend to help the business owners to reduce their cost of operations, thus improving their financial positions.

Registration unto the platform as an Observer-member is totally free. And, lasts for a three-month period, before the system automatically de-lists such members.

‎However, for you to benefit from the ecosystem, BOSS ecosystems is charging a Monthly membership subscription fee of N1,000 only (which you are expected to either pay per quarter (N3,000); or annually (N12,000) only.

‎Each member is patronized by a reasonable number of members, using any or all the “principles of S-A-R-P”, where members must SUPPORT, ADVERTISE, REFER and PURCHASE” products and services of each other on our virtual market-place known as BOSS Service and Product Platform (BOSS-SAPP) before they become eligible for support!

All members shall be owners of businesses who desire to belong to a community of entrepreneurs, where they can EASILY secure support while doing their businesses.

In a concise manner, the ecosystem is a rich assemblage of business owners who have pledged a commitment to support each other in the quest to develop the businesses of members! The managers of the ecosystem are equally committed providing an excellent array of benefits so as to endear MORE members to the ecosystem.

A member, who seeks to benefit from the system, SHALL patronize a reasonable number of members, using all the “principles of S-A-R-P”, where such members must SUPPORT, ADVERTISE, REFER and PURCHASE” products and services of each other on our virtual market-place known as BOSS Service and Product Platform (BOSS-SAPP) before they become eligible for support. Once they score a pre-determined performance point, they qualify for the ENTERPRISE REWARD SYSTEM (ERS) where they are granted cash rewards as Enterprise Boost for their business!

The pioneer members shall pay a calculated sum of money to qualify for the ENTERPRISE REWARD SYSTEM (ERS). That season is the first three months after launch; thereafter, all members shall work the S-A-R-P principles to qualify!

It is mandatory for all staff members to join the ecosystem. However, they don’t need to be business owners (where they own businesses, their businesses can also compete for a chance to become better versions of themselves.

The ecosystem has a portal dedicated to the unemployed persons in society, known as EMPLOYMENT AVAILABILITY PORTAL (EAP). Registration unto the portal is free, yet ambitious applicants can pay N1,000 to attend a virtual five-day training session, where they will be shown how to survive and indeed overcome unemployment as affiliate marketers for BOSS ecosystems!

For now, no child can register as a member, but intelligent scholars will be supported by the organization, especially where their parents are performing members of the ecosystem.

Your subscription fee is non-refundable. The products you bought from the portal are also non-refundable. However, where you are unable to benefit from the ecosystem before your exit, your total contributory funds shall be calculated and a reasonable amount credited to your alternate account (because your membership wallet will be disabled, and your membership withdrawn immediately). Such a member may not be able to re-join the community except justifiable reasons are adduced and application approved by the Administrator-General before such requests can be granted re-admittance.

Two scenarios:
‎a) Where members refuse to obey the rules of our engagement
‎b) Where business owners refuse to support each other. Outside these two, the community is bound to thrive, eventually
