Confidentiality
All registered members of the ecosystem are entitled to feel safe and their data secured, except during public presentations or published news items (which the organization shall secure consent beforehand).
The system is built in such a way that inter-personal relationships on the platform is greatly restricted (and members shall be educated on the benefits of caution while engaging a new "relationship". To therefore, staff of BOSS ecosystems are not permitted to compromise this confidentiality at anytime, for whatsoever reason. Any established case of such compromise may lead to the immediate disengagement of such staff from our ecosystem.

Communication
Members shall communicate in a respectful manner, devoid of harmful content, so that everyone can interact without worry. We have arranged it that communication from members MUST first be routed through the Administrator-General, who will thence transmit such messages to the necessary channels for further necessary action/desired results. Any member that violates the standards and core values of the ecosystem shall be penalized as may be deemed fit by the Membership Conduct Board (in the Legal Unit of the ecosystem) and these decisions shall be final.

Conduct
Members shall Conduct themselves in a way that ensures mutual respect for each other. BOSS Ecosystems strongly advises the need to treat members with compassion and mutual interest. That way, the spirit of selflessness will be cultivated and our platform will be inhabited by satisfied and fulfilled members.

Participation Guidelines
* We strongly prohibit harassment, discrimination, spamming, or personal attacks on the platform.
* Content relevance: All posts, adverts, scripts or visuals shall be related to business. No material shall be sted if it is not related to the businesses of members , or specific programmes of the platform. BOSS Ecosystems shall penalize member(s) found culpable.

Consequences of violations
Any identified violation by a member (or group of members) shall be referred to the Members' Conduct Board (MCB). Decisions shall be final, to maintain sanity of our ecosystem.

Data Protection
Users are to note that their personal data is protected within the platform, to the best abilities. Wr urge members to report any act of infringement of privacy by another member. It is not to be tolerated

Reporting Issues

Conflict Resolution
Dispute Process: The Legal Unit shall outline the steps for handling disagreements, including review by platform mediators and administrators. Mediation: We shal offer support to all teams in order to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

Enforcement Procedures
The ecosystem shall be specific from time to time in explaining rules that can never be violated. Rule violations may attract penalties which may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or even permanent bans from the ecosystem.
Appeals: All members have the right to appeal any unfavorable decision(s) that they view were made in error. All appeals shall be handled by the Legal-Advisor's office by engaging Arbitrators, who shalk represent each of the contending parties.
